As one who has been involved with the web since the early 90s, I’ve always tried to collect Hartley related domain names. I missed out on Hartley.com in the beginning and almost had Hartley.org at one point, but was outbid when the auction got a little too rich for my blood.
But yesterday, I was able to snag hartley.co thanks to a domain backorder service that catches expiring domains.
Spending all that time trying to grab one of these domains that I never really put together a plan for what I was going to do with it. I might even move this site over there and retire the sh2 moniker. The sh2 came about when friends called my online work the digital version of me, so the second sh, thus sh2.
I should probably use the more professional domain of shawnhartley.com (I’ll save you a click, it redirects to my LinkedIn page), but where’s the fun in being professional.
